Instead of “watching the thinker,” as in mindfulness meditation you can also create a gap in the minds thought stream simply by directing the focus of your attention into the Now.
Just become intensely conscious of the present moment. This is a deeply satisfying thing to do. In this way, you draw your consciousness away from mind activity and create a gap of no-mind in which you are highly alert and aware but not thinking.
Naturally, your energetic vibration rises. You become available synching with your source, that which knows where you are in relationship to where you want to be on your life path. It`s serving yourself and others connected to you.
Regular meditation in this state of thoughtlessness causes you to feel more alive, more awaken empowered, open, more and more aware of what`s going on within and without. In order to reach so two minutes thoughtless intensely conscious of the present moment and awake, you probably need so 15 to 20 minutes of meditation.
Maybe in the beginning start focusing on a constant noise or just follow your breath cycle without controlling it.
You`re getting better and better with continuous daily practice until you reach a state of intense presence, directing your life, answering instead of reacting to situations and circumstances, peaceful, yes, joyful, a constant level of joy, trusting.
You start taking live not so serious anymore, you came to a state of serenity and devotion in everything you do. It just feels good.
You naturally attract less and less adversity into your experience. You start using your mind instead of the opposite way around.
Have an amazing day, beautiful soul.
