This class begins with Yin yoga, a passive form of Yoga that helps to move Chi through the meridian lines, and with time, in the still unheated state, stretches the deeper connective tissues of the body. This is followed by a power building practice with the focus on a slow flow and correct alignment. This class usually ends with deep relaxation and meditation. Ideal for beginners or anyone who likes a slower walked yoga class with a little river. Yin offers a performance-enhancing compensation and flexibility for other styles and is thus a good addition to other sports. This class is taught in English and/or German.
