The poses or Asanas are connected by the breath and provide a transformative and balancing effect that helps you to relieve stress, to detoxify and to rejuvenate. You build up heat, endurance, flexibility and strength. Standing and sitting postures, forward and backward bends, hip openers, twists and balance poses will be incorporated into the flow. You feel energized afterwards and relieved. This class is taught in German and/or English.
