Hatha Yoga challenges you with more static poses – where correct alignment is taught in detail, heat and endurance is built up. Occasionally, the sequence may flow, but as a rule, this is a slower class that gives you the ability to go deeper into the asanas – to work on your correct alignment, deep stretchings and strengthening. These movements increase the circulation of essential body fluids, improves posture, relieves tension in the body and creates a feeling of well-being. Breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques are practiced to make this a well-rounded yoga class. Ideal for beginners and anyone who loves slow sequences. This class is taught in English and/or German.
