<3 Ujjayi :D is an excellent pranayama for depression, anxiety and stress. It calms and soothes the nervous system. It is this breathing technique that I teach my students to stay in throughout the Yoga/Asana practice and recommend it as a daily practice to all my clients with psychic conditions.
